At SHEERHAIR, we take pride in providing high-quality wigs and hair products. Please read our return policy before making a purchase.
Custom-Made Wigs – No Returns or Refunds
• All custom wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Please double-check your order details (cap size, length, texture, and color) before purchasing to ensure accuracy.
Limited Warranty for Manufacturer Errors
If you receive a wig with a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect cap size, length, or color different from your order), we offer repairs or replacements. To qualify:
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear, unaltered photos/videos before the wig is worn, cut, styled, or altered.
This does not cover color variations, minor shedding, or buyer’s remorse.
Regular Products – 14-Day Returns
• Non-wig items (e.g., hair care products) can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are paid to the courier service.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items
• If we sent the wrong item or there is a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide an exchange or replacement.
• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
